Whisper was up early this morning, but was unhappy as he didn’t receive his breakfast. He had a cuddle and sucked on my ears (it’s a comfort thing!) then into his travelling cage, with a small litter tray and off to the vets. He cried in protest throughout the journey, stopping only when we arrived at the vet. He was obviously quite nervous at the new people, sounds and things.
We’ll give the vets a ring after lunch to find out how he is, and we expect him home around tea-time – minus his nuts!
The Cat’s Protection League have been very kind in supplying us with a voucher towards the cost of neutering, with him being a rescued feral kitten, and we are now on pensions!
