As Skully is pregnant, we asked Kath from Dogsbodies to trim her for when the puppies arrive.  Kath has therefore trimmed the fur underneath her, around the nipples, so they can feed more easily, the feathering on her legs, her chest, part of her tail, and the fur behind her back legs.  This will make for a less messy whelping and  will stop the puppies from playing “knit one, purl one” with her fur!  Don’t worry, she’ll shed most of her fur by the time her puppies are weaned and then it will all grow back!
