Feeding five (by now) rather large puppies is taking it’s toll on Cyda.
She is quite well in herself – positively bubbling in fact – but she is losing fur at a rapid rate of knots. Chunks of black fur fall out wherever she sits, lies, has a scratch or otherwise moves! – And I mean chunks!!! I brushed her the other day to rid her of the loose fur and ended up with half a basket full. She is going to look like a neglected stray by the time she has finished – and there’s nothing I can do about it.
In the past, I must have tried just about every preparation on the market, but nothing has helped, so we’ll just have to let Nature take it’s course – she’ll grow back another coat in due course. In the mean time, we are grateful that the warmer weather is coming – and we have a coat for her on the colder days.
