A litter of eight German Shepherds has been bred by the Isle of Man Police Dog Unit. The five-week-old pups can’t yet be moved from their home in Andreas, but they have already started training to become work dogs. Police dog sergeant Ian Kelly says teaching has to start early. The Isle of Man doesn’t need all 8 puppies for their Dog unit, so they will be made available to the UK Force.
